The CampManager User interface allows you to manage all your check-in and check-out activities from one window.  No more endless searching through a million windows to check guests in and out.

Reservation Module

The reservations module lets you see at a glance where you have room availability.  You can then confirm a reservation and block off rooms for a set of guests over an extended period of time.

Fully Integrated Charge Sheets

• Guests are assigned to a Paying Client’s “Charge Sheet” (the Client Invoice) upon check-in.
• Charge sheets are automatically updated each day to reflect room and/or meal charges for the duration of guests’ stay at camp.
• Users can manually edit charges on an as-needed basis.
• The weekly charge-sheet copy-forward process automates the process of creating new sheets for the new week.
   

Enhanced Error Checking

• The “Daily Update” process will generate a report showing all guests not attached to a charge sheet.
• Daily Management Reports show this same information so that even if a clerk overlooks the problem, management will see it.
